HOW TO JOIN
All Turkish citizens and foreign residents with a valid residence permit in Turkey are welcome to join. Temporary residents on a tourist visa are also welcome as visiting members. However, these members are not able to attend the general assembly and are not allowed to vote.
As in most other associations, H3A’s sole income comes from the membership fees collected every year.
For the year 2026, the joining fee for new members is 1600 TL and the yearly membership fee is 700 TL, a total of 2300 TL , which totally finances our activities and helps us achieve our goals. Therefore, the prompt collection of fees is of great importance.
To apply for membership, you need to contact our Membership Officer, Şadan Korkmaz , and submit the following :
1- The completed membership form
2- A photocopy of your identity card (Turkish id or Foreigner Residence Permit)
3- A photo (which looks like you) for our members’ photo archive
4- Payment of entrance fee plus annual subscription fee (payment receipt or cash)
Membership forms can be obtained from Şadan Korkmaz at 2796 Sok. No: 2, the address where H3A events are held in Gürece, or downloaded HERE.
Our Membership Officer, Şadan Korkmaz, will be at this office every Thursday from 13:00 to 17:00 to handle all membership applications, renewals, and annual fee payments.

In accordance with the general association regulations, all members, regardless of their membership date, are kindly asked to pay their annual membership fee during the first three months of each year.

If you wish to resign from the association , please contact the membership officer Şadan Korkmaz.
In compliance with the Turkish Civil Code 4721, Regulation 70, members who leave the association or wish to resign are required to provide a letter of resignation in Turkish and to pay any due fees for the period of their membership.
